The MBA Program is designed to provide both a portfolio of strong functional skills and the ability to apply, adapt and integrate those skills into different management settings. While the curriculum provides a rigorous grounding in traditional disciplines, the educational process, with its emphasis on new strategy and managerial skills, develops the skills for problem solving, decision-making and leadership of complex organizations.

• Understand the concept of leadership through strategic management

Selection Process: Selection is based on IIKM® aptitude test and Interview. A valid score on CAT / MAT / GMAT / XAT / ATMA also considered. Those who have not taken the above tests can apply for IIKM Management Attitude Test. (IIKM MAT) In admitting candidates, the selection committee will consider the following:

• Ability and willingness to make a commitment to the graduate study in business
